Nii has held key positions in Finance and Administration in several national and international organisations including those in the financial services, consulting and hospitality industry. As a result he set up the accounting and finance department of most of the companies he worked with. He provided advice on tax issues to Several companies on free lance basis. Some of the companies he has worked with as FINANCIAL CONTROLLER are; Smagow Resources and Mcdan shipping Company Ltd, He has further lectured subjects like, Managing people (ACCA part 1), Audit and Internal Review (ACCA part 2) and Audit and Assurance Services (ACCA part 3) at the Financial Management Training School and other places. He is a Chartered Accountant And a finalist of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CIT) professional course.

Edem Avotri

Edem Avotri is endowed with an extensive knowledge of finance. His research and acute financial abilities has been derived from working as a financial specialist with Fidelity Investments in the USA. Edem has enjoyed an admirable reputation as an efficient and insightful stockbroker who possesses the knack to rapidly establish rapport with client and team members. In his recently past capacity as an equity compensation administrator, Edem administered equity compensation plans for several renowned supranational companies like Microsoft, Bank of America, Verizon Communications, Starbux Corporation, Shell, Unilever, Walgreen, to mention a few. Edem also completed his MBA at Xavier University in the USA with a concentration in investment finance and is currently a candidate for the CFA (chartered financial Analyst) designation. He also completed the prerequisite curriculum for CFP (Certified Financial Planner) and also the CEP (Certified Equity Profession) all in the USA.

Karen Mawuse Torto

Karen Has hands on experience in accounting and finance and has worked in the micro finance environment for several years. Her expertise in micro finance gives her a leading edge in executing jobs in this area. Further she posses a great deal of experience in the design of gift cards and cards for other special occasions. She posses a BA accounting option from the University of Ghana as well as ICA part two.

Charity Agbeblewu

Charity is a registered administrative/secretarial consultant with 40 years managerial experience in national and international organizations such as Scripture Union (S.U), World Vision International, to mention a few. She trained the administrative/secretarial staff of these organizations and many others and played key role in the establishment of administrative procedures for these organizations. Charity holds B.Sc in Business Administration. Author of "Professional Excellence" (manual for Admin procedure) and current Christian book: "Who are you inside". She now works as Administrator in the US and serves in an advisory position with noGat Limited.

Mr. Worlanyo Kormla Afenyo

Worlanyo has served in various capacities and has translated various international and local documents for both conference and other purposes. He also worked as the official translator during the first and second African Regional Conference of the International Association of Marine and Aquatic Sciences Libraries and Information Centers (IAMSLIC) just to mention a few. He has hands on experience in both simultaneous translation and translating conference and other documents from FRENCH to ENGLISH and vice versa. He posses a B.A in French and Geography and Resource Development from the University of Ghana, A diploma in Practical Translation from Alliance Française (Examen du Paris, France) and a couple of Diplomas from the University of Benin, Cotonou.

Mr. Samuel Owusu Afriyie

Barista Afriyie is a member of the U.K and Ghana Bar. He is an experienced Criminal Defense/Prosecution and a Civil Barrister. He regularly instructed in the Magistrates and Crown Courts of the United Kingdom. He also defended cases in Child abuse, Robbery, Indecent Assaults, and Drug Cases. He prosecuted regularly for the Crown Prosecution Service and other Government agencies. Employment, income tax are his practice areas. He further has a wealth of experience on Corporate, Banking and Financial services law. Prior to being called to the bar he worked for the Citibank Group in Hammersmith, London, England.
