Relationship Officer

At noGat Ltd, each client is assigned a Relationship Officer (RO) who supervises the firm’s entire relationship with the client.

Specifically, the RO

  • ensures that the client’s tasks are performed to the client’s satisfaction. He / she coordinate contributions by other partners in the performance of tasks.
  • Monitors the client’s business and competitive environment, and makes prompt recommendations. The RO leads in the design and implementation of approved strategic responses to changes.
  • Maintains frequent contact with the client by phone, email or personal contact.

This concept offers superior benefits to the client because he does not have to deal with different people when he requires something to be done; it apportions responsibility, enables quality control and provides a human face to the relationship. However, it does not disallow clients from contacting other noGat Ltd personnel when they so wish or if necessary.

Technology

n oGat Ltd believes in the extensive use of technology to reduce costs, and which cost savings we pass on to our clients. We depend on the most modern computers and accessories, internet access and the best software available to acquire data, process and deliver information to our clients. Where our clients indicate a preference for alternative technologies, we are open to discussions and adoption of those technologies. The mix of up-to-date technology and high calibre people is a proven winner.

Billing

n oGat Ltd bills clients according to negotiated rates. At the end of each month / job, a draft invoice stating the fees payable is submitted to the client for consideration and approval. On approval, the invoice is expected to be paid withing the negotiated days for payment.
